Refund Policy

At Sellar Strategic Advisory, we’re committed to delivering high-quality consulting and advisory services that meet the unique needs of every client.

Because our work involves customized strategies, workshops, and professional advisory time, most of our services are non-refundable once work has begun. However, we believe in fairness and transparency, and we handle all situations with care.

Cancellations & Refunds

Project-Based Work: Refunds are available if a written cancellation is received before any project work has commenced or materials have been delivered.
Workshops or Training Sessions: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Advisory or Coaching Sessions: Must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.

Exceptions

We understand that circumstances can change. If there are exceptional situations (e.g., illness, emergencies, or unforeseen business challenges), we’ll review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
