What 2025 Taught Us

Four people in business attire engaging in a meeting at a wooden table, smiling. A plant and blurred office background enhance the professional mood.
When the year applied pressure, culture, leadership, and trust told the real story.

As the year comes to a close, I wanted to pause and take stock — not just of what happened in 2025, but of what it revealed.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve explored three themes through Culture by Design:

  • What 2025 taught us about organizational culture

  • What 2025 taught us about DEIB

  • What 2025 taught us about leadership

Rather than treating these as separate conversations, this piece brings them together into one integrated reflection.

2025 didn’t introduce entirely new ideas.

It removed the margin for inconsistency.

Under sustained pressure, constant change, and limited capacity, organizations learned — sometimes painfully — what actually holds when conditions are hard.

This interactive presentation distills those lessons into a single narrative you can scroll through at your own pace. It’s designed for leaders who want to reflect, connect the dots, and carry the right insights forward into 2026.
